Visit WebsiteSantalum Capital Partners is a platform focused on principal investments and investment banking for founder-led and middle-market businesses.
Santalum Capital Partners is an investment and advisory firm that invests as principals and advises founder-led and middle-market businesses on strategic transactions.
We invest in businesses with enduring potential and advise on significant transactions, including acquisitions, capital raising, and ownership transitions. Every engagement is guided by an investor’s discipline, an owner’s perspective, and an advisor’s rigor.
Our experience spans private equity, venture capital, investment banking, and corporate finance, enabling us to deliver thoughtful advice and disciplined execution throughout the investment lifecycle.
We are selective in the opportunities we pursue, partnering where our capital, expertise, and relationships can contribute to long-term value creation.
Direct principal investing alongside exceptional founders and management teams — including operating platforms we build and scale under majority ownership where applicable — and partnerships with family offices who share our long-term orientation.
Advising businesses on mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and strategic transactions.

Santalum Capital Partners was built on a simple conviction: the firms that advise transactions well are the firms that understand ownership first. We invest as principals and advise as bankers, bringing the same long-term thinking to every relationship. Our work rests on disciplined capital allocation, alignment with the founders and management teams we partner with, and a belief that enduring businesses are built over years, not quarters.
We build enduring relationships with founders, entrepreneurs and investors.
We pursue opportunities where our experience, network and disciplined approach can create meaningful long-term value.
We combine investing experience with transaction execution to deliver thoughtful, practical advice.
Every decision is guided by long-term thinking, alignment of interests and disciplined execution.
Our network of senior advisors and operating partners brings decades of experience across investing, entrepreneurship and industry leadership. Their insights, relationships and operational expertise strengthen our ability to support founders, management teams and investors.
